I made heavenly, vinegary North Carolina barbecue yesterday in my crock pot. Granted, it didn’t taste the exact same as my beloved Hursey’s, but it was still pretty damn good if I don’t say so myself. The bf was happy we had pork on Easter, and I was happy that I can still pretend I live in NC, even though I haven’t in almost 5 (!!!) years. Tear.
