Nuggets of wisdom..

Currently reading “American Wife” by Curtis Sittenfeld. While I normally enjoy her books, this one is kinda “Meh.” But, I did come across this quote that made me stop and think - I always enjoy when that happens.

“… never forget how insecure men are. It’s because they take themselves far too seriously.”

How many people, men and women alike, fit this description! ha! AND how fitting is it that I read this only minutes after I helped the most pompous jerk… Here’s looking and you “sir.”
